It has a special formula, consisting of 80% of antibacterial leptospermum honey, along with 20% of high-viscosity wax-gel composition; therefore it has a very high durability against body heat and wound secretions and helps with autolytic debridement. It is very easy to use and is removed from the wound without causing trauma.
Important note: due to the presence of wax and the formation of a white protective layer, it is better not to be used in sinus and inaccessible wounds.
Indications:
• Necrotic tissue and slough in the wound (dead tissue)
• Healing superficial wounds
