Post-op or Surgical Dressing has a semi-permeable adhesive layer, waterproof and is resistant to bacterial growth. It is made of polyurethane. Hydrofilm Plus contains a soft pad with a good absorption capacity and does not stick to the wound surface. This dressing is sterile and self-adhesive and is suitable for all types of injuries, especially surgical wounds. The adhesive part of this dressing is hypoallergenic and due to its transparency, it allows the skin to be seen.

The adhesion mechanism of Hartmann dressings depends on the heat of the hand (thermosensitive); therefore, it is better to ensure the adhesiveness by gently massage it.
